At Kinney The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
